New Payment Portal

We have rolled out our new billing Software and it's been somewhat of a bumpy road.  Change is sometimes difficult and some of the notifications that we planned for fell through.  We drafted an article about this transition and the impacts for our next consumer magazine that was supposed to be mailed out to you guys by the end of August; it was delayed and we were not notified.  We do apologize for that. 

We did send out a system wide email infoming about this change in billing software and the need to re-register with your new account number.  This went out to everyone that we have email addresses for, so if you did not receive it, you may wish to contact our office to have an email address added to your account.   

Once we all muscle through this initial period of adjustment, I'm sure that we will all love the new software.  We are still offering phone, online and recurring payments at no extra cost to you.

With all of that being said, here are a few basics for registering with your NEW account number:

  • You will need your new account number found on your latest bill, and you will register using the dashes in the account number.
  • You will need to know your last payment amount.  If you do not have that handy, contact our office :)
  • Because of Security measures that are in place to safe guard your information, if you were previously signed up for recurring payments, you will have to completely set that up again as like you are a brand new customer since your information is not stored on file and the previous processing company will not share your information with the new company.
  • One final note, if you have our payment page bookmarked, you will have to disregard that bookmark and go to our website homepage,www.wylienortheastwater.com  and hit the Make a Payment button again to get to the new payment portal.  You can set up a new bookmark at this time.
